Meet the Pastor
Ryan Silhavy
OUR PASTOR: Ryan J. Silhavy, a native of Chicagoland, became the pastor of Living Word Bible Church in June 2021, planting the church alongside a core team of believers. Prior to becoming a pastor, he received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and spent several years working in project management at a large public accounting firm. He has received seminary training from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and is currently enrolled at Chafer Theological Seminary, where he will complete a master’s degree.
Ryan’s pastorate is dedicated to teaching the whole counsel of God’s word for the edification of the saints, for the ultimate glory of God. He lives in New Lenox with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children.
